Professional Network Services

Wiscomp provides network support services including network design, implementation and support. Including firewalls, virtual private networks, remote access solutions, wireless planning, integration and support, and protection from and removal of today’s latest technology threats including virus attacks, spam and spyware.

Hardware Solutions

Wiscomp has continued to serve the IBM mid-range market as well as adding a full product line for network solutions, including desktops, servers, routers, firewalls, switches, printers and more. Please call one of our knowledgeable sales representatives with any questions facing you and your organization.

Equipment Maintenance

Wiscomp has a full staff of skilled hardware engineers to diagnose and repair problems with your technology related hardware equipment, including AS/400 systems, servers, workstations and peripherals. Please call us for on-site time and material service or contact a Wiscomp sales representative to discuss a customized equipment maintenance contract.

Remote Support and Depot Repair

Wiscomp now offers remote support for our customers with the appropriate hardware prerequisites on a per call basis, billed in 15 minute increments. We will also continue to offer depot repair at our conveniently located Waukesha office, also billed in 15 minute increments. Both remote support and depot repair save you money in travel charges and are offered to you at a reduced rate.
